We also make it easy to lease space in properties that we manage. By utilizing the Appfolio online screening tools, we can get quick approval for applicants. Upon completion of the screening process and gaining approval for the applicant, we utilize the California Association of Realtor Forms (Residential) or the AIR forms (Commercial) to prepare and finalize the lease agreement. If a broker is used to lease out vacancies, which is usually the case, we work closely with them to ensure that everything is being done fill the vacant spaces.
Tenants can utilize the online portal anytime to make their rental payments. Logging into the online portal also gives them access to maintenance request forms. Once a maintenance request form is filled out, it is sent immediately to the management team. We always respond to these requests without delay. If preferred, tenants can contact the appropriate person by telephone, email or text message as well.
